Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss was born July 23, 1971, in the city of Decatur, Illinois. LeAnne Kymes was also one of the two youngest Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss, born 23rd July 1971, is an American artist and performer. Her career began in the music industry as a child, when she was just 10 years older. In 1985 she was signed to Rounder Records. Her first solo album debuted in 1987. She was invited to join the band who she continues to perform Alison Krauss and Union Station and released her first album in the group in 1989.
